What is required to potentially upgrade, expand, abandon, or modify existing facilities must be weighed against long term goals and costs.  Our environmental planning services account for the unique considerations of NEPA and CEQA regulations and other local demands. Our land use expertise ensures the best and most compatible use of land for cities, counties, private land developers, and the surrounding community. 

 With over fifteen years project management experience, we ensure your project has the required coordination for successful completion. This often means coordinating with other planning efforts, creating a comprehensive, strategy, and setting realistic goals with enough flexibility to manage the unexpected. It also typically means coordinating with the public and technical committees (in-person or virtually) to ensure issues are addressed from the start and that the project has support. As organizations change and strive for more efficiency, or go through other unique circumstances, we can be the bridge that manages your teams or departments to ensure there is none or little disruption to your day-to-day business. We can also act  as Owner’s Rep on tenant improvement and capital improvement projects so that problems get resolved quickly and projects can be completed successfully. 

 Having worked on multi-billion-dollar transportation projects, we know the value of documentation and provide document management, technical writing, editing, and design services. We provide document support for design submissions, construction packages, permitting, entitlements, and other design-build documents. We coordinate with local, state, and federal agencies to ensure technical and legal requirements are met.  We can also work with your organization and document storage facilities to ensure your most pertinent documentation is filed and stored so that your can down-size or make more efficient use of your space.
