Experience
Dorota Skrzypek's work includes planning efforts at Los Angeles, Ontario, Sacramento, San Diego, and Phoenix commercial service airports; at general aviation airports in California and New York; airspace analysis, regulatory evaluation of Part 150 noise studies and environmental reports, and land use analysis for developments on and off airport property.
Dorota was part of the team that successfully transferred ownership of Ontario International Airport (ONT) from LAWA to the OIAA. She worked with the OIAA to structure its project and procurement processes, manage its engineering and environmental departments, and build a $200 million capital improvement program.
She continues to focus on airport and environmental planning and development, project implementation, land use strategy, and regional transportation initiatives.

During transfer of ownership from LAWA to OIAA, responsible for managing the ALTA Survey, ALP, and Exhibit A update efforts, updating the Airport Certification Manual and Airport Security Program, coordinating transfer of engineering and environmental records. After transfer, working with the OIAA to build a Capital Improvement Program, structure and manage engineering and environmental teams/departments and create project approval and procurement processes internally and with the City of Ontario.
